Louise Asseray is a french artist and photographer based in Angers. After graduating in 2021 with a master's degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, and Design from ESAD TALM-Angers, she found her niche in film photography. Her work focuses mainly on showcasing performing artists (music, theater, and dance), through her favorite films: Cinestill 800T and Kodak 3200 Tmax.
Since 2024, she has also been working on a project about the city of Copenhagen, where she lived for three months in 2020 during her international exchange. This desire stems from a deep nostalgia for (re)visiting the city, retracing her daily life during that period of her life.
Her first fanzine, J’savais pas comment dire au revoir (“I didn't know how to say goodbye”), is a love letter to a famous pub in Angers, Le Garage, which closed in February 2025 and was a big part of the city’s cultural life.
Available for all artistic collaborations.
